Mueller - Debus' Collection

A view from the town of Besiktas(See Map), where many pictures shown on this page were taken from, circa 1975.
The passenger ship is probably ss Guzelhisar. Built in 1911 at Hebburn on Tyneside Hawthorne; 453 grt; L/B ~ 46/8 m; twin screws. Served at Bosphorus until 1980's.
