Engine: Sulzer Diesel made in Kobe, 11.550 hp. Speed : 16 knots, single screw.
Worked under the same name thru all service life.

This aerial picture was published in Turkish newspaper Hurriyet for the home coming of sister ship M/V Urfa. Her maiden voyage was from Osaka to Vancouver to load timber for U.K. On her second voyage she had loaded 25.000 T of grain from Texas and had arrived Istanbul on March 14, 1974.
